Old Butter Factory

Site 206A PEEL TCE

In 1918 the State Government initiated construction of the Butter Factory on Peel Terrace. This was to replace the original and outdated butter factory, built in 1898, that was located on local farmer Richard Gale’s property, Fairlawn.

You can access all of the tour content by purchasing a 14 day subscription. This provides access to over 30 minutes of video content, hundreds of images and heritage audio recordings. It gives you access to an augmented reality experience at each of the sites on the tour. It also provides navigation to the site from your current location. 

The Busselton Heritage Trail is operated by The Busselton Rotary Club and all proceeds are returned to the community.
